Student membership in The Wildlife Society introduces wildlife students to the diverse roles of a challenging, dynamic profession.
Student membership is offered at greatly reduced rates, and includes discounts on conference registration fees and on application fees for the coveted Associate and Certified Wildlife Biologist designations.
Through participation in meetings, field projects, and social activities, students become familiar with wildlife management techniques and natural resource issues while gaining valuable experience and relationships to help open the door to their professional future.

Become a member of any of over 100 TWS student chapters to attend regional student conclaves, participate in educational workshops, field trips, and competitions while meeting fellow students and wildlife professionals from across the region. Involvement in student chapters provides opportunities to share leadership responsibilities by serving on chapter committees.
These activities lead to new experiences, friendships, education, and the sense of purpose and dedication that characterizes professionals in the field of wildlife conservation.
