The WCTWS hosts an annual winter meeting/conference. In even numbered years, the meeting occurs in the Stevens Point/Wausau area and in odd numbered years it occurs in the Madison area.
The WCTWS also hosts one-day technical training workshops. Workshop locations and content change annually.
