On-Site Registration Schedule

(Registration will be open in the Portola Lobby located in the Portola Plaza Hotel, connected to the Monterey Convention Center)

Saturday, September 19 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Sunday, September 20 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Monday, September 21 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday, September 22 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday, September 23 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Thursday, September 24 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

*TWS will donate $5 of each conference registration to The Watsonville Wetlands Watch for a carbon offset program.

All conference participants, including speakers, must register for the conference. Name badges are required to gain admittance to all sessions and events.

Full and daily registration options are available.

Full registration includes the technical program and complimentary tickets to the Sunday evening Welcome Reception/Dinner at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and the Monday evening Student-Professional Mixer at Adventures by the Sea.
Daily registration includes the technical program for the day for which you register only. Daily registrants may purchase tickets for the reception and mixer separately.
